Naturally gluten free, peeled rice flour can be used for pantries, pancakes, pastries. For those on a special diet, wheat flour can be replaced at a 1: 1 rate. Also suitable for lump-free thickening of soups, sauces and vegetables.
Application: For baking breads add a small amount of starch (eg. Corn starch) to the rice flour. In case of dough making the more water is needed than usual. The
egg ingredient recommended in traditional recipes can be omitted when using rice flour.
